Andrew Ziaja is currently an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore School of Law. From 2024-2025, he served as Interim Director of the Martin H. Malin Institute for Law and the Workplace at Chicago-Kent College of the Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. He has also taught at the University of Arizona, School of Government and Public Policy. He serves nationally as an arbitrator and mediator in labor relations and ERISA disputes.
